I have a step-daughter with Ds and it's...difficult. I often wish I had that natural mommy-love to cover up all the imperfections that I see. But God has His plan. It's up to me let go and be okay with it!

I wanna go apple pickin' with Emmie {well, and you too}. Sweet pictures. We've heard there are orchards in Phoenix. We need to investigate. I'm like, "Apples? For real?" We'll see. In the meantime, I will enjoy your pictures.
Mom to 6 amazing creatures, all perfect in their own ways. Our youngest Dumpling Emilia Faith was born with Down syndrome which has been the most amazing blessing our family has ever had! This crazy, insane, chaotic life of mine is the only roller coaster ride I never want to end!
